What happens after I submit?

We review every submission within 1-3 days. If the fare change is confirmed (via official source or cross-referencing), we update the site and note it in our changelog.

Do I need to provide proof?

It helps but isn't required. A photo of a terminal fare matrix, an LTFRB order number, or a recent receipt speeds up verification. If you just rode the route and remember the fare, that's valuable too.

Can I submit a new route?

Yes! If you know of a route not yet on PHFare, include the origin, destination, mode, fare, and island group in the details. We'll research it and add it if verified.

How often are submissions reviewed?

We batch-review submissions weekly. Urgent corrections (like a major fare change) are prioritized and pushed within 48 hours.
